摘要
可拆式板式换热器(简称板式换热器)是广泛应用于石化、电力、制冷、供热等行业的工艺传热设备,挡板作为板式换热器的重要部件其作用是为设备提供足够的刚度,从而避免因挡板变形引起的泄漏。决定挡板变形程度的参数主要有长度、宽度、厚度、材料等,其中,挡板的长宽由换热板片尺寸决定,由于挡板一般选用特定的材料,因此设计挡板可简化为选取合适的挡板厚度,在保证密封的前提下选取合适的厚度可有效地降低材料成本,提高产品的市场竞争力。介绍一种基于ASME标准和多年设计经验相结合的挡板厚度计算方法,为挡板厚度计算提供参考。
Detachable plate heat exchanger(abbreviated as plate heat exchanger) is widely used in petrochemical, electric power, refrigeration, heating and other industries. As an important part of plate heat exchanger, baffle is used to provide sufficient rigidity for equipment, so as to avoid leakage caused by baffle deformation. The parameters that determine the deformation degree of baffles mainly include length, width, thickness, materials, etc., among which the length and width of baffles are determined by the size of heat exchange plates. Since baffles are generally made of specific materials, the design of baffles can be simplified to select the appropriate thickness of baffles. Selecting the appropriate thickness on the premise of ensuring sealing can effectively reduce the cost of materials and improve the market competitiveness of products. This article introduces a calculation method of baffle thickness based on ASME standard and many years of design experience, which provides a reference for baffle thickness calculation.
