不同翅片类型对换热器性能影响的模拟计算

Simulation calculation of the effect of different fin types on heat exchanger performance

摘要 针对水-水换热蓄热水箱中的换热盘管,选取3种翅片类型,分别为环型、十字型以及H型。利用Fluent建立三维数值计算模型,在同一标准计算工况下,采用整体换热量、平均对流换热系数、Nu以及翅片效率4个参数对不同翅片类型下下的换热性能进行评价,并与光管情况进行对比。计算结果表明,3种翅片类型中十字型翅片换热性能最佳,其整体换热量、平均对流换热系数以及翅片效率均为最大值。与光管相比,十字型、环型以及H型翅片的整体换热量分别增加46.13%、4.23%、20.44%。 For the heat exchange coil in the water-to-water heat exchange hot water storage tank, three types of fins are selected, namely ring type, cross type and H type. Using fluent to establish a three-dimensional numerical calculation model, under the same standard calculation condition, the overall heat transfer, average convective heat transfer coefficient, Nu and fin efficiency are used to evaluate the heat transfer performance under different fin types. And compared with the situation of the light pipe. The calculation results show that the heat transfer performance of cross-fin is the best among the three fin types, and the overall heat transfer amount, average convective heat transfer coefficient and fin efficiency are all the maximum. Compared with the light pipe, the overall heat transfer of cross type, ring type and H type fins increased by 46.13%, 4.23%, and 20.44%, respectively.
