摘要
空压机在工作过程中有70%~80%的能量可以进行回收利用,如果能将这一部分余热进行回收加以利用,可以降低能源消耗和企业投资。基于空压机余热回收利用原理,针对葛泉矿实际情况设计了一套空压机余热回收制备热水的方案并对其经济性进行了分析。方案实施后,系统运行良好,与原有热水系统相比年运行费用节约50.82万元,项目投资回收期为0.92年。
In the working process of air compressor, 70%~80% of the energy can be recycled.If this part of the waste heat can be recycled and utilized, energy consumption and enterprise investment can be reduced. Based on the principle of waste heat recovery and utilization of air compressor, this paper designs a set of air compressor waste heat recovery hot water preparation method for the actual situation of Gequan mine and analyzes its economy. The system runs well and is in line with the original hot water system. The annual operating cost savings is 508 200 yuan, and the project investment recovery period is 0.92 years.
