纳米树脂联合玻璃离子夹层技术修复牙颈部楔状缺损的效果

Effect of nano-resin combined with glass ionomer cement sandwich technology in the repair of wedge-shaped defects in the tooth neck of elderly patients.

目的:探讨纳米树脂联合玻璃离子水门汀夹层修复牙颈部楔状缺损老年患者的疗效。方法:收集2017年5月~2019年5月于海口市第四人民医院口腔科就诊的120例因致牙颈部楔状缺损的老年患者,随机分为3组:A组(玻璃离子水门汀修复)、B组(纳米树脂修复)和C组(玻璃离子水门汀联合纳米树脂修复),每组各40例。比较患者修复前后牙龈状态、敏感程度、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周探诊深度差异,修复后临床疗效和满意程度,以及并发症发生情况。结果:与充填修复前相比,充填修复后12个月3组患者5项指标(牙龈状态、敏感程度、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周探诊深度)均有显著改善(P<0.05);修复后3组患者组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组各项指标均优于A,B组。C组(100.00%)有效率高于A组(95.00%)和B组(92.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组(17.50%)、B组(12.50%)、C组(5.00%)并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玻璃离子水门汀联合纳米树脂修复技术应用于牙颈部楔状缺损老年患者的临床治疗,疗效确切且优于单种材料充填治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nano-resin combined with glassionomer cement sandwich in the repair of wedge-shaped defect(tooth neck)in the elderly.Methods:Totally 120 cases of cervical wedge-shaped defect from May 2017 to May 2019 in elderly patients were collected,they were randomly divided into group A(glass ion cement repair)and group B(nano resin repair)and group C(glass ion cement joint nano resin repair),each group of 40 patients.The patients before and after repair,the periodontal status,sensitivity,plaque index,gingival index,periodontal probing depth difference were compared among three groups.The clinical curative effect and satisfaction degree and the occurrence of complications among three groups were compared.Results:After repair,compared with before repair,the gingival state,sensitivity,plaque index,gingival index and periodontal probing depth in the three groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).All indicators in group C were better than those in group A and B.The effective rate of the experimental group(100.00%)was higher than that of group A(95.00%)and B(92.50%)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications in group A(17.50%),B(12.50%)and group C(5.00%).Conclusion:The application of glass ionomer cement combined with nano resin in the clinical treatment of wedge-shaped defects of the tooth neck in elderly patients has a definite effect due to the effect of single method.
