摘要
本科商科学生通过研讨课学习获得的能力,即是OBE理念中的学习成效。基于OBE理念,通过问卷调查和模糊综合评价,构建了研讨课评价指标体系,包括5个一级指标以及15个二级指标。同时,对商科《战略管理》课程实施研讨式教学的效果进行了综合评价,并提出了提高研讨课教学效果的建议。研究发现国内大学商科课程实施研讨式教学的效果比预想中的要好,能够获得大部分学生的认可和满意;但还有部分学生对研讨课学习形式还没有完全适应,参与度不高,学生自主学习意识淡薄,教师教学观念和方法需要改进。
The ability of undergraduate business students obtained through seminars is the learning effect in OBE concept.Based on the OBE concept,the questionnaire survey and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to construct the evaluation index system of the seminars in business courses,including 5 primary indicators and 15 secondary indicators.After analyzing the evaluation results of Strategic Management Course,suggestions are proposed to improve the teaching effect of seminars.It is indicated in this research that the implementation of seminar-based teaching in undergraduate business courses is generally effective,with most students'recognition and satisfaction.But there are few students who have not fully adapted to the form of seminars.Those students,with poor autonomous learning awareness,are not fully engaged in the seminars.Teachers also need to improve teaching concepts and methods.
