摘要
精准医疗作为新型的医疗服务模式,近年来得到了快速发展。本文对精准医疗发展过程中遇到的问题进行了总结,结合远程医疗的特点,提出了建立基于远程医疗的精准医疗大数据服务平台,并对平台的构建原则、关键技术、技术架构、网络架构、功能实现等内容进行了研究与分析,在整合基因数据、临床数据和健康数据等多类数据的基础上,该平台可实现精准诊断、精准治疗、精准用药等应用,具有良好的应用前景。
As a new type of medical service,precision medicine has developed rapidly in recent years.Based on summarizing the existed problems of precision medicine,and combining with the characteristics of telemedicine,a precision medical big data service platform based on telemedicine was put forward.And its construction principles,key technologies,technical structure,network system and application function were studied,which can achieve precise medical applications such as precise diagnosis,precise treatment and precise medication.
