摘要
目的调查分析干预前、后武进区机械加工行业车床工人的营养与食品安全知识、态度及行为。方法在武进区内采用多阶段抽样方法抽取425名车床工人,对其进行营养与食品安全知识-态度-行为问卷调查;调查结束后,由专业人员对接受调查的所有工人开展一次营养与食品安全KAP干预,而后用相似的问卷进行第二次调查,最后采用χ~2检验对两次问卷的知识知晓率,态度和行为的及格率进行统计分析。结果干预后,车床工人关于维生素类知识、食品添加剂、转基因食物的知晓率均高于干预前;干预后,不同性别车床工人的营养与食品安全知识平均知晓率和干预前相比较无统计学差异;干预后各年龄组车床工人的营养与食品安全平均态度及格率均高于干预前,干预后25-岁组车床工人的营养与食品安全平均态度及格率和干预前相比较无统计学差异;干预后各年龄组车床工人的营养与食品安全平均行为及格率均高于干预前。结论武进区机械加工行业车床工人干预前对维生素类知识、食品添加剂、转基因食物的认知较差,经过短期培训可提高部分车床工人营养与食品安全KAP水平。
Objective To comparatively analyze the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)about nutrition and food safety of lathe workers before and after intervention.Methods 425 lathe workers were selected by multi-stage sampling method in Wujin District,and their knowledge,attitude,practice on nutrition and food safety were investigated by questionnaire.After the survey,all the workers were intervened on KAP of nutrition and food safety.Then a similar questionnaire was used to conduct the second survey on them.Finally,their awareness rate and pass rate of attitude and behaviors were statistically analyzed.Results After the intervention,the lathe workers’awareness rate on vitamin,food additives and genetically modified food were higher than before.There had no significant difference of all the workers’average awareness rate in different genders before and after intervention,while the average pass rate of nutrition and food safety attitude after the intervention was higher than before,but it was not significantly different in 25-group before and after intervention.After the intervention,the lathe workers’average pass rate of nutrition and food safety behaviors in different ages was higher than before.Conclusion Before the intervention,the knowledge of vitamins,food additives and genetically modified food of the lathe workers in machining industry in Wujin District was poor,which can be improved by short-term training.
