摘要
目的观察二氢杨梅素对Saos-2细胞所致的原位骨肉瘤的治疗作用。方法 24只BALB/c裸鼠随机分为模型组、低剂量组、高剂量组。对所有裸鼠于左后肢根部皮下注射Saos-2细胞进行造模。造模后第7日,对除模型组外裸鼠腹腔注射二氢杨梅素,每周3次,连续给药6周。给药结束后对肿块进行拍照和测量。结果造模后注射部位出现明显的肿块。与模型组相比,二氢杨梅素能够显著抑制骨肉瘤的发展(P<0.01),且高剂量更为明显。结论二氢杨梅素具有明显的抗骨肉瘤作用,可能是治疗骨肉瘤的潜在药物。
Objective To determine the effect of dihydromyricetin(DMY)on orthotopic osteosarcoma caused by Saos-2 cells.Methods We randomly divided 24 BALB/c nude mice into a model group,a low-dose group(low DMY),and a high-dose group(high DMY).All nude mice were subcutaneously injected Saos-2 cells in the left hindlimb root.Seven days after the modeling,dihydromyricetin was injected intraperitoneally into the nude mice except the model group,3 times a week for 6 weeks.The tumors were photographed and measured one day after the administration.Results A significant tumor appeared at the injection site after the modeling.Compared with the model group,dihydromyricetin significantly inhibited the development of osteosarcoma(P<0.01),and high dose was more effective.Conclusion Dihydromyricetin has obvious anti-osteosarcoma effect and may be a potential drug for osteosarcoma.
