信息系统优化在细胞毒药物全流程调配中的应用

Information system optimization in the dispensing of cytotoxic drugs

目的运用医疗信息系统,建立细胞毒性药物的全流程信息化闭环管理。方法基于细胞毒性药物调配错误,分析差错原因,建立完善的审方系统、药品条码系统、个人数字助理PDA技术及细胞毒性药物智能信息链,实现细胞毒性药物管理的各环节信息全面覆盖。结果细胞毒性药物闭环管理使管理全程可监测、信息全覆盖、可控制,信息系统优化前后的调配差错总数由20例降至5例,差错率由0.118%降至0.03%。结论通过信息系统优化,保证了细胞毒性药物的调配安全,促进了信息系统在静脉配置中心(PIVAS)的应用,提高了工作效率,减少了用药差错,提升了PIVAS的药学服务整体水平。

Objective To establish the closed-loop management of cytotoxic drugs with the medical information system.Methods Based on the errors in the preparation of cytotoxic drugs,analyzed the cause of errors,and established a complete review system,a drug bar code system,PDA technology of personal digital assistant and a chain of intelligent information of cytotoxic drugs,to comprehensively cover all links of cytotoxic drug management.Results The closed-loop management of cytotoxic drugs helped monitor the management process with information fully covered and controllable.The total number of deployment errors before and after the information system optimization decreased from 20 to 5,and the error rate was reduced from 0.118%to 0.03%.Conclusion Through the optimization of the information system,the safety of toxic drugs preparation is guaranteed.The application of the information system improves the working efficiency,reduces the error of drug use and improves the overall pharmaceutical care of PIVAS.
