基于激光三维扫描设备全景的电力监控数据应用模型设计 被引量:8

摘要 针对现有电力监控数据应用模型存在细化程度和三维展示效果差的问题,设计了一种基于激光三维扫描设备全景的电力监控数据应用模型。选用Trimble仪器配套的扫描软件PointScape,通过任意点设站将不同测站扫描的点云数据配准,构建统一的独立坐标系,产生完整的点云数据,从而获取设备全方位立体点云,实现电力设备的全景扫描;根据扫描信息,结合IEC 61970标准,以电力设备编码及命名为索引,进行各类监控数据的无缝拼接;以"数据—模型—应用"为设计思路,结合因果关系挖掘完成电力监控数据应用模型的构建。仿真实验结果表明,所设计模型能有效消除监控信息模糊的现象,经实测发现平均距离40 m时,设计模型的影像量测精度达8.23 cm,且模型三维展示效果好,细化程度高,具有较好的整体应用优势。 To solve the problem that the existing power monitoring data application model has a poor degree of refinement and 3 D display effect,a power monitoring data application model based on laser 3 D scanning equipment panorama is designed.Use the scanning software PointScape of Trimble instrument to register the point cloud data scanned by different stations through any point setting station,construct a unified independent coordinate system,and generate complete point cloud data,to obtain a full-scale stereo point cloud of the device and to realize panoramic scanning of power equipment.According to the scanning information,combined with the IEC 61970 standard,the power equipment coding and naming as the indexes,seamlessly splicing various types of monitoring data.Using"data-model-application"as the design idea,combined with causality mining to complete the construction of the power monitoring data application model.Simulation results show that the designed model can effectively eliminate the phenomenon of fuzzy monitoring information.When the average distance of the designed model is found to be 40 m,the image measurement accuracy of the designed model reaches 8.23 cm.The 3 D display effect of the model is good,the degree of refinement is high,and it has a better overall application advantage.
