高校体育设施安全评价指标体系研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用文献资料法、实地调研法、数理统计法、层次分析法等,对诱发高校体育设施安全事故的危险及危害源进行调查和识别,构建高校体育设施安全评价指标体系,并通过权重系数判定评价指标的重要性。高校体育设施的危害源主要集中在物理、化学、管理和环境等4个方面。根据各因素在体育设施安全评价中表现的程度,构建目标层即高校体育设施安全评价指标体系,准则层即设施场地、设施管理、设施环境和器械构件,以及指标层。研究通过危险识别、安全评价等策略,使大多数不安全因素在预定期间内得到控制,为保障高校体育设施的安全提供方便操作的评估体系。 By adopting the bibliometrical method,field survey,delphi method,mathematical statistical method and analytic hierarchy process,the paper investigates and identifies the danger and hazard source of inducing the safety accidents of sports facilities in colleges and universities.Construction of safety evaluation index system of university sports facilities,and judge the importance of the evaluation index through the weight coefficient.As is shown in the paper,sources of dangers stem mainly from material,physical,chemical,administrative and environmental factors.According to the performance of each individual factor,we have established a system of indexes including primary elements and secondary elements,of which physical indexes and chemical indexes are of most account.According to the degree of each factor in the sports facility safety evaluation,constructs:The target level namely University Sports Facility Safety Evaluation Index System;the criterion layer is facility site,facility management,facility environment and equipment components,and index layer.By means of safety evaluation and risk prevention,most of the unsafe factors can be controlled within a predetermined period,which provides a convenient evaluation system for ensuring the safety of college sports facilities.
