口服胃窗声学造影剂超声在胃部疾病诊断中的应用价值

Application value of oral ultrasonic contrast agent ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of gastric diseases

目的探究口服胃窗声学造影剂超声在胃部疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法80例进行胃超声造影检查的患者,所有患者均经口服胃窗声学造影剂超声检查与胃镜检查,观察病理诊断结果,比较口服胃窗声学造影剂超声检查、胃镜检查的诊断符合率。结果病理诊断结果显示:38例胃炎,25例胃溃疡,8例胃癌,5例胃息肉,2例胃平滑肌瘤,2例胃间质瘤。口服胃窗声学造影剂超声诊断符合率为88%,与胃镜检查的93%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对胃部疾病患者诊断中应用口服胃窗声学造影剂超声检查,具有较高的诊断价值,在一定程度上能减轻患者的痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of oral ultrasonic contrast agent ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of gastric diseases.Methods 80 patients undergoing gastric ultrasonography all tested by oral ultrasonic contrast agent ultrasonography and gastroscopy,and the pathological results were observed.The diagnostic coincidence rate of oral ultrasonic contrast agent ultrasonography and gastroscopy were compared.Results Pathological results showed that 38 cases of gastritis,25 cases of gastric ulcer,8 cases of gastric cancer,5 cases of gastric polyps,2 cases of gastric leiomyoma,2 cases of gastric stromal tumor.The coincidence rate of oral ultrasonic contrast gastrointestinal contrast agent ultrasonography was 88%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with that of gastroscopy 93%(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral ultrasonic contrast agent ultrasonography shows high diagnostic value for patients with gastric diseases,which has a certain accuracy and can alleviate the pain of patients to a certain extent.It is worthy of clinical application.
