中风病肩手综合征临床治疗研究

Study on clinical treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome with stroke

目的评定中风病肩手综合征患者采取中医穴位电针治疗+中药内服治疗的临床效果。方法50例中风病肩手综合征患者,以随机双盲法分为试验组与对照组,各25例。试验组开展中医穴位电针治疗+中药内服治疗,对照组开展中医穴位电针治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)评分、上肢运动功能评分。结果试验组治疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组NRS评分为(2.20±0.31)分,对照组NRS评分为(3.34±0.50)分,两组均较治疗前降低且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组上肢运动功能评分为(46.32±3.40)分,对照组上肢运动功能评分为(42.50±2.67)分,两组均较治疗前升高且试验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为中风病肩手综合征患者选择中医穴位电针治疗+中药内服治疗方式展示较优临床中医药治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint electroacupuncture and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in stroke patients with shoulder hand syndrome.Methods A total of 50 stroke patients with shoulder hand syndrome were divided into experimental group and control group by random double-blind method,with 25 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated by acupoint electroacupuncture and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group was treated by acupoint electroacupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy,numerical rating scale(NRS)score and upper extremity motor function score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 96.00%of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group 76.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NRS score of the experimental group was(2.20±0.31)points,which was(3.34±0.50)points of the control group.NRS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,upper extremity motor function score of the experimental group was(46.32±3.40)points,which was(42.50±2.67)points of the control group.The upper extremity motor function score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint electroacupuncture and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine shows good therapeutic effect for stroke patients with shoulder-hand syndrome.
