摘要
高校共青团具有凝聚青年、服务青年、代表青年权益等职能。运用组织行为学的组织环境理论,从共青团组织面临的改革环境、高校的发展需要、青年学生新需求等方面,深入分析了高校共青团所处的组织环境。面对新环境,高校共青团组织要担负重任和使命,通过加强大学生思想政治引领,激发团支部活力,注重实践育人等,来提升共青团的引领力、组织力、服务力,营造良好的组织文化,发挥育人工作效果。
The Communist Youth League in colleges and universities has the function of uniting the youth, serving the youth, and representing the rights and interests of youth. Based on the organizational environment theory of organizational behavior, this paper analyzes the organizational environment of the Communist Youth League in colleges from the aspects of the reform environment faced by the Communist Youth League organization, the development requirement of universities, and new demand from young students. Facing the new environment, the Communist Youth League organizations in colleges and universities are required to shoulder responsibilities and missions, encourage the vitality of Youth League branches by strengthening the ideological and political guidance of college students, focus on practical education etc. so as to accelerate the guiding ability, the organizing ability, the serving ability of the Communist Youth League, to create excellent organizational culture, and to make the educational work effective.
