探讨重症肺部感染患者运用常规抗感染联合纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗的临床效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨重症肺部感染患者运用常规抗感染联合纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗的临床效果。方法 80例重症肺部感染患者,以随机数字法分成对照组与实验组,各40例。对照组患者运用体外振动排痰仪联合常规抗感染治疗,实验组患者运用常规抗感染联合纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗。比较两组患者的治疗相关指标、临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者的发热、咳嗽、血象异常症状消失时间及机械通气时间,住院时间分别为(5.25±0.66)、(6.43±0.72)、(10.95±1.26)、(12.33±1.57)、(21.76±2.95)d,均明显短于对照组的(7.93±0.87)、(8.76±1.08)、(15.73±1.67)、(18.64±2.18)、(25.64±3.03)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的临床治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以常规抗感染联合纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗重症肺部感染患者,可明显缩短患者的临床症状消失、机械通气与住院时间,提升临床治疗效果。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of conventional anti-infection combined with bronchoscopic suctioning in patients with severe pulmonary infection. Methods A total of 80 patients with severe pulmonary infection were divided into control group and experimental group by random numerical table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated by external vibrating expectoration combined with conventional anti-infection, and the experimental group was treated by conventional anti-infection combined with bronchoscopic suctioning. The treatment related indicators and clinical therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of fever, cough and abnormal hemogram symptoms, duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time of the experimental group were(5.25±0.66),(6.43±0.72),(10.95±1.26),(12.33±1.57) and(21.76±2.95) d respectively, which were obviously shorter than those of the control group(7.93±0.87),(8.76±1.08),(15.73±1.67),(18.64±2.18) and(25.64±3.03) d, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the experimental group was 95.00%, which was higher than that of the control group 72.50%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Conventional anti-infection combined with bronchoscopic suctioning in patients with severe pulmonary infection can significantly reduce the disappearance of clinical symptoms, duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time, and improve the clinical treatment effect.
