我国野生植物保护中存在的法律问题

Legal Problems in the Protection of Wild Plants in China

人类对植物的不合理开发利用,导致了野生植物资源变得稀少,濒危甚至灭绝。随着人类意识到生态环境保护的重要性,对野生植物保护的重视也逐渐增强。基于现阶段我国对于野生植物的保护力度不足,归纳总结了野生植物保护中存在的法律缺位、保护的野生植物定义不精准、保护名录不完善等问题,提出相应的改进措施,以便更好的开展野生植物保护工作。

The unreasonable exploitation and utilization of plants has caused wild plants to become scarce,endangered or even extinct.As human beings realize the importance of ecological environmental protection,the emphasis on the protection of wild plants has gradually increased.Based on the insufficient protection of wild plants in China at this stage,this study summarizes the problems existing in the protection of wild plants including the absence of legal supervision,the inaccurate definition of protected wild plants,and the incomplete protection list.The corresponding improvement countermeasures were put forward in order to better protect wild plants.
