大学生学习拖延状况及可逆性发展策略

摘要 学习拖延是学生中普遍存在的现象,并且对学生产生一定消极的影响.本研究采用问卷法,以313名北华大学本科生为对象,对大学生的学习拖延行为进行了调查.结果显示:大学生学习拖延普遍存在且在性别上存在差异,尤其改变意愿方面存在显著差异,但在年级上不存在差异;大学生学习拖延的原因主要来自于学习动机、难度、完美主义、同学、时间管理等方面,且主观原因对学习拖延影响更大.针对学习拖延的原因进行分析,提出可逆性发展策略.
