摘要
为了分析转炉冶炼过程中的回磷情况,在对回磷的机理分析基础上对各影响因素进行了分析研究。结果表明,回磷量控制在0.002%以内,钢包渣厚至少需控制在80 mm以内;硅锰铁的回磷最大,不能用于生产对磷含量要求严格的钢种;钢包加入2~3 kg/t钢白灰颗粒改质处理,回磷量可由原有的平均0.001 8%降至平均0.000 6%;停留时间15 min内回磷幅度比较大;碳含量<0.010%的低碳钢,出钢温度控制在(1 685±5)℃比较合适。
In order to analyze the situation on rephosphorization in smelting process by converter, the factors for influencing rephosphorization were analyzed and studied based on the analysis on the mechanism of rephosphorization. The study results demonstrated that the depth of ladle slag must be controlled to be within 80 mm at least so as to control the quantity of rephosphorization to be less than 0.002% and fero-manganese-silicon could not be applied to produce the steel grades whose content of phosphor was strictly controlled due to its largest quantity of rephosphosrization, however the quantity of rephosphosrization would be reduced from 0.001 8% to 0.000 6%on the average after 2 to 3 kg lime particles per tone steel was added into ladle for quality modification treatment. In addition the quantity of rephosphorization would increase greatly if the retention time was within 15 minutes. At last it was appropriate for the molten steel with the content of carbon less than 0.010% to control its tapping temperature in the range of 1 685±5 ℃.
