重轨钢冶炼过程中夹杂物的控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对鞍钢生产的重轨钢因夹杂物导致伤轨率高的问题,采取了KR搅拌法预脱硫和优化精炼渣组份等措施。采取措施后,A类夹杂小于等于2.0级的比例从85.5%提高至90.3%,B、C、D类夹杂小于等于1.0级的比例从94.5%提升至99.1%,重轨钢伤轨率由0.35%降至平均0.25%以下。 With regard to the problem of the high rate of heavy rails damaging caused by inclusions in a heavy rail steel produced by Ansteel, such measures as pre-desulphurization treatment by KR stirring method and optimizing the components in the refining slag were taken. After that, the proportion of Class A inclusions less than Grade 2.0 or equal to Grade 2.0 was increased to 90.3% from 85.5%, the proportion of Class B, Class C and Class D inclusions less than Grade1.0 or equal to Grade 1.0 was increased to 99.1% from 94.5% and thus the high rate of heavy rail steels damaging was decreased to less than 0.25% on the average from 0.35%.
