摘要
针对鞍钢股份鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司焦炉煤气净化系统鼓风机机后阻力高、生产组织困难、焦炉频繁出现放散点火现象的问题,结合现场实际情况查找原因,通过采取脱苯洗油清洗初冷器、提高冷却水量、新增硫铵饱和器至终冷塔前煤气管道、清透洗苯塔和脱硫塔捕雾器等措施,鼓风机机后阻力由原来的24 000 Pa降低至20 000 Pa,保证了焦炉的稳定顺行。
In allusion to the problems that the resistance at the back of a blast blower to the gas purification system for a coke oven in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. was high, it was hard to arrange the production operations and the ignition phenomenon by form of diffusing constantly occurred in the coke oven, the causes were found out according to the actual operation conditions on the site. By taking such measures as rinsing primary cooler with debenzolization washing oil, increasing cooling water volume, installing the new gas pipe between ammonium sulfate saturator and final cooling tower, cleaning mist catchers of benzol washing tower and desulfurization tower, the resistance at the back of the blast blower was reduced to 20 000 Pa from24 000 Pa, and thus the stable and smooth operation of the coke oven was guaranteed.
