摘要
为了改善鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司烧结矿质量,对固体燃料和混合料进行了取样分析,对料层中燃料的赋存状态和烧结料层结构进行了研究。结果表明,固体燃料主要以四种形式赋存在混合料颗粒中,混合料存在料层高度和水平方向偏析不合理、布料不均匀、燃料粒度差大等影响烧结生产的问题。通过采取优化燃料粒度,改变布料矿槽布料形式等一系列措施,布料偏析效果加强,两侧布料均匀,固体燃料的分布与粒径的变化相匹配,烧结技术和经济指标显著提高。
In order to improve the quality of sintered ores in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the solid fuels and mixtures were sampled and analyzed and the existential state of the fuels in the bed and the structure of the sintered bed were studied. The study results showed that the solid fuels mainly existed in the mixture particles in four forms. There were some troubles such as irrational segregation, uneven distribution of fuels, big difference of particle sizes of fuels in the direction of the bed height and horizontal direction of the mixture. By taking measures such as optimizing the particle sizes of fuels and changing the ways of ore troughs for fuel-distributing,the segregation effect after distributing was enhanced, the distribution on both sides was uniform and the distribution of solid fuels well matched with the changes of particle sizes. So the sintering technology and economic indexes were significantly improved.
