FED型净油机在本钢4747m^3高炉液压系统的应用

摘要 为了解决高炉液压系统油质因环境及系统产生的各种污染物影响,导致液压系统故障率高、油耗大的问题,本钢采用了FED型净油机及时净化液压系统中的污染物,提高了油质质量,确保了液压系统的正常运行,液压系统故障率逐年降低、油耗下降,年节省费用114万元。 In order to solve the problems such as frequent failures and high consumption of oil in the hydraulic system for the 4747 m^3 blast furnace caused by all kinds of pollutants formed due to bad conditions inside the system, the FED type oil purifier was applied for timely decontamination of pollutants in the hydraulic system. As a result, the oil quality was improved and the normal operation of the hydraulic system was also guaranteed. And then the failure rate were reduced year by year while the oil consumption were also reduced and then the annual cost savings could reach as much as 1.14 million yuan RMB.
