摘要
鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司采用高钒钛铁水冶炼超低碳超低硫钢时,为了降低钢中的硫含量,采取了"两扒一脱"控制入炉硫含量、终点出钢温度控制在1 690℃、炉渣碱度控制在3.0~4.0、终渣中TFe含量控制在21%以下等措施,将超低碳超低硫钢种的硫含量稳定控制在0.004 5%以下,提高了该钢种铸坯的质量。
During smelting the molten steel with ultra-low carbon and ultra-low sulfur by hot metal with both high vanadium and high titanium in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd.,such measures as controlling content of sulfur in hot metal to be poured into the converter by slag skimming for two times and desulfurizing for one time, controlling tapping temperature to be 1 690 ℃at the end point, controlling slag basicity in the range from 3.0 to 4.0, controlling total content of Fe in final slag to be less than 21% were taken so as to reduce the content of sulfur in molten steel. As a result, the content of sulfur in ultra-low carbon and ultra-low sulfur steel was stably controlled to be less than 0.004 5% and then the quality of a casting blank was improved.
