摘要 针对410 mm×320 mm铸坯轧制60 kg/m钢轨存在的轨底线纹缺陷,通过理论计算、计算机仿真分析和现场验证试验,发现产生的原因为箱形孔轧制时形成的凹心过大,在后续道次轧制时局部裹夹的氧化铁皮无法焊合。通过优化950轧机压下规程和孔型参数,成功消除了轨底线纹缺陷。 In view of the defects of linear textures at the rail foot of the 60 kg/m rail rolled by a billet with size of 410 mm ×320 mm, it was found that the causes leading to the defects of linear textures at the rail foot were due to the too big concave center formed during box-hole-rolling and the partially coated iron oxide scales which couldn’t be welded during subsequent pass rolling depending on theoretical calculation, computer simulation analysis and on-site verification test. So the defects of linear textures at the rail foot were successfully eliminated by optimizing the reduction procedures and pass parameters in terms of the 950 rolling mill.
