摘要 在船舶尾气污染防治工作中,为了快速地判别船舶燃油硫含量是否符合排放控制区的要求,提出了一种基于气体传感器的船舶燃油硫含量快速检测方法,设计了以STM32F103微控制器为主控系统的气体检测吊舱。采用无人机搭载尾气检测吊舱的方式,对单个船舶尾气中SO2和CO2的气体浓度进行检测,根据这两种气体的浓度监测值间接推算出船舶的燃油硫含量。对港区靠港船舶的多次实测结果表明,该检测系统平均绝对误差为315×10^-6,平均相对误差为28.6%。该方法可以快速地筛选出硫含量超标的可疑在航船只,符合实际执法需求,能够有效地提高海事人员的监管效率。 In order to quickly judge whether the sulfur content of ship fuel meets the requirements of the emission control area in the work of preventing and controlling ship exhaust pollution,a rapid detection method for the sulfur content of ship fuel based on gas sensor is proposed,and a gas detection device based on STM32 F103 microcontroller is designed.The gas concentration of SO2 and CO2 in the exhaust gas of single ship was monitored by using UAV equipped with exhaust gas detection pod.The sulfur content of the fuel is calculated indirectly through the gas concentration data of the two gases.The measurement results of the docked ships in the port area show that the average absolute error of the detection system is 315×10^-6,and the average relative error is 28.6%.This method can quickly screen out the suspicious sailing vessels with excessive sulfur content which is in line with the actual law enforcement requirements and can effectively improve the supervision efficiency of maritime personnel.
