摘要 通过研究矿质元素在三七中的分布特征,为三七营养诊断提供科学依据。试验以两年生三七和三年生三七为研究对象,测定其主根、须根、剪口、茎、叶和花6个部位的14种元素(N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Al、Cu、Zn、B、Na、Sr、Cd、Pb)的含量,并分析各部位元素组成的差异。结果表明:主成分分析显示,第一主成分(PC1)和第二主成分(PC2)分别接受了总变量的38.0%和28.6%,明确区分了植株的各个部位;B、Mg、N、Al、Fe、Cd、Sr、Ca、K、Na这10种元素反映80.96%的矿质元素信息,表明该元素在三七花期为主要的矿质元素;不同元素在三七各个部位中分布存在显著差异,植株中K和P元素的含量较高且稳定。 The distribution characteristics of mineral elements in Panax notoginseng were studied to provide scientific basis for its nutritional diagnosis Biennial and Triennial P. notoginseng was used as the experimental materials.The content of 14 kinds of elements(N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Al,Cu,Zn,B,Na,Sr,Cd,Pb) were determined in the taproot,fibrous root,scissoria,stem,leaf and flower,and the difference of element composition in each part was analyzed.The results showed that the first principal component(PC1) and the second principal component(PC2) accepted 38.0% and 28.6% of the total variables,respectively,and clearly distinguished each part of the plant. The ten elements B,Mg,N,Al,Fe,Cd,Sr,Ca,K and Na can reflect 80.96% of the mineral element information,indicating that this element played an important role in the flowing period of P.notoginseng. The distribution of different elements in each part of P. notoginseng existed significant differences,and K and P element contents were relatively high and stable in the plant.
