摘要
本文报道了一例小熊猫由肺部寄生虫感染继发急性肠炎的病例。剖检观察死亡小熊猫各组织器官的眼观变化,并采取心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胰腺和消化道各段固定于4%多聚甲醛溶液,石蜡包埋、切片、HE染色后观察病理组织学变化。结果显示:寄生虫性肺炎、肠炎及肝、肾、脾充血和实质细胞变性是该例小熊猫的损伤特征,病理学诊断为寄生虫性肺炎继发急性肠炎。
This paper reported a case of Ailurus fulgens(red panda) infected with pulmonary parasitsecondary toacute enteriti. Necropsywas performed to observethe changes of various tissues and organs of thedead red panda, and whoseheart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, pancreas and digestive tract were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde solution. The pathological changes were observed after HE staining sections were made after procedure of paraffin embedded and slices cut.The results showed that parasitic pneumonia, enteritis, congestion and parenchymal cell degenerationinliver, kidney, and spleen were the characteristics of the injury of the red panda, which was diagnosed as acute enteritis secondary to parasitic pneumonia.
