摘要
烟草白粉菌是一种专性寄生菌,且田间很难发现其有性态,故烟草白粉菌是如何进行初侵染还不是很明确。为了解烟草周边寄主白粉菌与烟草白粉菌的相关性,确定周边寄主引起烟草白粉病发生的地位,本研究在贵阳周边的清镇、开阳、修文、贵安新区等烟草基地对烟草周边白粉菌植物进行调查采集、形态学鉴定,并建立植物白粉病菌的rDNA-ITS系统发育树,确定相互间的亲缘关系。此次共调查了烟田周边白粉菌植物16个科的30种植物,其中菊科植物种类最多,为8种;其次是豆科植物4种;调查的30种植物中,三叶鬼针草(菊科)、豨莶(菊科)、酸模叶蓼(蓼科)、短序铁苋(大戟科)、朴树(榆科)等5种植物发现有性型,形态学鉴定分别为单囊壳属Sphaerotheca、单囊壳属Sphaerotheca、白粉菌属Erysiphe、白粉菌属Erysiphe、白粉菌属Erysiphe,与ITS(ITS4/5)比对的结果一致;经构建几种白粉菌属植物种间ITS系统发育树表明,所采寄主白粉菌与烟草白粉菌不是同一个种,在分子亲缘关系上相关性不大。
Tobacco powdery mildew is an obligate parasite, which is difficult to find its sexual state in the field, thus it is not very cleart how early tobacco powdery mildew infestation carried out. In order to understand the correlation between tobacco and the hosts, and determine the status of tobacco powdery mildew caused by the surrounding hosts. In this paper, we investigated powdery mildew of tobacco surrounding plants in Guiyang, Qingzhen Kaiyang, Xiuwen, Gui’an New District and other place during one year, and preliminary identified powdery mildew and build plants rDNA-ITS phylogenetic tree to determine their relatives. A total of 30 plants in 16 families of Powdery mildew plants around the tobacco field were investigated,of which the family of Compositae was the most, 8 species;followed by 4 species of legumes. Among the 30 plant species surveyed, Bidens(Asteraceae), Herba Siegesbeckiae(Asteraceae), pale smartweed(Polygonaceae), short sequence iron pigweed(Euphorbiaceae), hackberry(Ulmaceae) have sexual types and The morphological identifications were Sphaerotheca,Sphaerotheca, Erysiphe, Erysiphe, Erysiphe, the results were consistent with the ITS(ITS4/5). The ITS phylogenetic trees constructed among several species of powdery mildew plants showed that the collected powdery mildew and the powdery mildew were not the same species, and there was little correlation in molecular kinship.
