摘要
转向系统一般由方向盘、转向管柱、转向中间轴、转向器、转向拉杆等组成,是汽车的重要组成部分,其功能是按照驾驶员的意愿控制汽车的行驶方向。为了考核其安全性,需要对转向系统进行耐久测试,而常规的测试都是基于台架进行的,与实车状态有一定的偏差。本文介绍一种基于整车的转向系统耐久测试,在整车中放置加载装置并完成相关测试,其结果更真实可靠。
The steering system is generally composed of the steering wheel,steering column,steering intermediate shaft,steering gear,and steering rod.It is an important part of the car.Its function is to control the direction of the car according to the driver's wishes.In order to assess its safety,it is necessary to carry out a durability test on the steering system,and the conventional tests are carried out based on the bench,which has a certain deviation from the actual vehicle status.This article introduces a durability test for a steering system based on a complete vehicle.The loading device is placed in the complete vehicle and related tests are completed.The results are more realistic and reliable.
