本文重点针对自卸车轻量化技术的开发展开了分析和探索,传统的自卸车设计主要是增大货箱的板料厚度以及对承重结构进行加固,因此货箱的重量越来越大,造成了自卸车的运输工作成本提高,影响到了企业单位的经济效益。相关工作单位有效提出了自卸车轻量化技术的具体开发和使用方法,不断降低自卸车的整体重量,实现良好的经济效益和环境效益。

This article focuses on the analysis and exploration of the development of lightweight technology for dump trucks.The design of traditional dump trucks is mainly to increase the thickness of the sheet of the cargo box and to strengthen the load-bearing structure,so the weight of the cargo box is getting larger and larger.As a result,the transportation cost of dump trucks has increased,which has aff ected the economic benefi ts of enterprise units.Relevant work units have eff ectively put forward specifi c development and use methods of lightweight technology for dump trucks,continuously reducing the overall weight of dump trucks,and achieving good economic and environmental benefi ts.
