"中国制造2025"战略文件发布以来,制造业创新发展的理念被广泛探讨,如何促进制造业数字化、网络化、智能化成为传统制造业转型升级的核心命题。在国内,汽车制造业依托其产品的特殊性和专业性,社会资源的高使用程度以及庞大的上下游产业链结构,已成为制造业中的龙头。汽车制造企业的研发、计划、物流、制造、质量等业务流程错综复杂,如何通过创新发展规划,促成信息流、资金流、物流的融合贯通,提升企业整体竞争力,成为了现代汽车企业管理者的核心任务。
