摘要
通过市场反馈对自卸车车厢后板锁钩机构进行故障初步判断,确定了车厢后板锁钩机构在实际工作中的使用工况,利用有限元分析软件Hyper Mesh 2017对其进行前处理网格划分和边界条件的施加,并采用软件自带求解器OptiStruct对车厢锁钩机构进行分析求解,计算常规工况与极限工况下车厢锁钩机构的最大位移和应力分布。通过结果分析,最终确定了故障的真实原因,并对改进后的方案进行仿真分析,验证了改进方案的合理性。研究结果显示:车厢后板锁钩机构故障的主要原因是用户在车辆满载时没有按要求对车厢后板边锁钩进行锁止导致,由于此类现象比较常见,为了从根源上解决此问题,车厢后板锁钩机构在强度校核时加入了极限工况。市场验证表明,此方法对解决用户因操作不规范导致的故障问题切实有效。
Based on market feedback,the failure judgment of the rear panel lock and hook mechanism of the dump truck is carried out,and the working conditions of the rear panel lock and hook mechanism of the car are determined in actual work.The grid division and the application of boundary conditions,and the software's own solver OptiStruct are used to analyze and solve the car lock mechanism,and the maximum displacement and stress distribution of the car lock mechanism under normal and extreme conditions are calculated.Through the result analysis,the true cause of the failure is fi nally determined,and the improved scheme is simulated and analyzed to verify the rationality of the improved scheme.The results of the study show that the main reason for the failure of the lock mechanism of the rear panel of the carriage is that the user fails to lock the lock hook of the rear panel of the carriage as required when the vehicle is fully loaded.This kind of phenomenon is more common.The lock hook mechanism of the rear panel of the carriage has added extreme working conditions during the strength check.Market verifi cation shows that this method is practical and eff ective to solve the user's failure caused by irregular operation.
