摘要
整车座椅基准点(R点)是汽车人机工程中涉及人体乘坐姿态、舒适性、操纵性、视野等方面的主要基准点。R点选取的准确与否,直接影响消费者对整车主观品质的第一感受,很大程度上决定着一辆车的设计开发成功与否及其产销量的状况。文章基于三维光学扫描测量系统、SAE HPM II二代假人等设备对整车、人机等进行三维结构点云数据采集、处理分析。同时结合计算机后期的辅助处理分析,总结出竞品车逆向工程中座椅基准点的一种确定方法,为后期的整车总布置正向人机工程设计提供技术参数对标支撑。
Vehicle seat datum point,point R,is the main datum point involving body riding posture,comfort,operability,view and other aspects in automotive ergonomics.The accurate selection of point R will directly aff ect the consumers’fi rst feeling for the vehicle subjective quality,and decide whether the development of a vehicle is successful as well as the production and sales volume thereof to a great extent.In this paper,based on three-dimensional optical scanning and measuring system,SAE HPM II second generation dummy and other equipment,three-dimensional structural point cloud data collection,processing and analysis were carried out for the vehicle and man-machine etc.At the same time,by combining auxiliary post processing and analysis by the computer,a method to determine the seat datum point of competitive vehicle in reverse engineering was summarized,which provided technical parameter benchmarking support for subsequent vehicle total arrangement and forward ergonomic design.
