摘要 本文是在某车型转向系的设计过程中,基于转向轻便性,对转向系布置进行不断的优化。文章在确定转向系结构的基础上,对转向系硬点进行初步布置,并参考同平台车型转向系进行优化,减小转向轴之间的夹角,进一步优化相位角,使转向波动率降低。经过实车测量对比,优化硬点和相位角前后空载静态转向力和转向力矩降低约35%。 In the design process of a commercial vehicle steering system of an enterprise,the steering system layout is continuously optimized based on the portability of the steering.Based on the determination of the structure of the steering system,the article makes a preliminary arrangement of the hard points of the steering system,and refers to the optimization of the steering system of the same platform model to reduce the angle between the steering shafts and further optimize the phase angle to reduce the steering fl uctuation rate.After comparing with real vehicles and measuring the real car,the optimized static point and phase angle before and after the no-load static steering force and steering torque are reduced by about 35%.
