摘要
护风圈是冷却系统的子部件之一,其设计好坏直接影响发动机的冷却性能。以重型自卸车为研究对象,通过基于道路的热平衡试验,分析对比了内插入式护风圈与外插入式护风圈对发动机冷却性能的影响差异。试验结果表明:与外插入式护风圈相比,内插入式护风圈可以有效改善发动机的冷却性能,提高整车极限使用许用环境温度,对解决重型自卸车发动机水温过高问题具有实际指导意义。
The wind shield is one of the subcomponents of the cooling system,and its design directly aff ects the cooling performance of the engine.Taking the heavy dump truck as the research object,through the road-based heat balance test,the paper analyzes and compares the diff erence between the impact of the inner inserting wind shield and the outer inserting wind shield on the engine cooling performance.The test results show that,compared with the outer insert type wind protector,the inner insert type wind protector can eff ectively improve the cooling performance of the engine and increase the allowable ambient temperature of the vehicle's limit use,which is of guiding signifi cance.
