摘要
汽车自身车门上发挥密封作用的密封条,其在关闭操作的进程中,重点是用来消耗和吃掉绝大部分车门关闭过程中所带有的动能,而且车门的主密封件能够隔绝门锁和锁扣入槽时发出的高频噪音,对增强车门关闭效果可起到充分的保障效能;依托对密封条的压缩荷重、压缩幅度等展开试验测试过程,探讨分析其对关门时声音隔绝效果产生的作用,进而指导在汽车结构设计时怎样去定义、拟定车门密封条的技术参数。
The sealing strip that plays a sealing role on the door of the car is used to consume most of the kinetic energy in the process of closing the door,and the main seal of the door can isolate the high-frequency noise emitted by the door lock and the slot can be a suffi cient guarantee for enhancing the closing eff ect of the door.The paper,depending on the test and test process of the compression load and compression amplitude of the sealing strip,carries out a discussion and analysis of the eff ect of the isolation eff ect.In turn,the paper hopes to guide how to defi ne and formulate the technical parameters of the door sealing strip in the design of the automobile structure.
