浅谈微型车白车身门盖匹配及问题解决

车身外部匹配问题主要涉及前脸、尾部和侧面(门与门、门与侧围)的匹配,本文主要讨论微型车五门一盖的外部配合问题,微型车的五门一盖通常指左右前门、左右后侧门、尾门和发动机盖板;常见的匹配问题有间隙小干涉、左右差异、段差及特征线相互位置差异(腰线不齐)等,本文简要说明了五门一盖的位置关系、新产品匹配的注意事项及案例分析。

Body external matching problems are mainly related to the front,rear and side,doors,door and side Wai,matching.In this paper,we mainly discuss micro car external coordination problem of fi ve doors and cover,the micro car fi ve doors and cover,usually around left and right front door,left and right side door,tail gate and the engine cover plate;Small gap or interference,left-right diff erence,fl ush and characteristic mutual position diff erence,waist uneven,are common matching problems.This paper describes position of the fi ve door and cover,notes about new products matching and case analysis is briefl y.
