摘要 随着我国汽车工业的快速发展,人民生活水平的提高,人均汽车保有量逐渐上升,由此同时,交通事故已成为威胁我国人民生命安全和财产安全的重要因素。发生交通事故后,公安机关交通管理部门应当根据交通事故进行责任认定。根据交通法规,为了公平和公正,对于一些较复杂的事故,一般依据交通事故鉴定技术来确认事故现场的各个数据和行为,从而来确认各方的责任。本文分析归纳了目前道路交通事故鉴定技术的内容,并对当前的事故鉴定中存在问题进行了简要探析。 With the rapid development of China’s auto industry and the improvement of people's living standards,the per capita car ownership has gradually increased.At the same time,traffi c accidents have become an important factor threatening the lives and property of people.After a traffi c accident occurs,the traffi c management department of the public security organ should conduct responsible identifi cation based on the traffi c accident.According to traffi c laws and regulations,in order to be fair and just,for some more complicated accidents,the data and behaviors of the accident scene are generally confi rmed based on the traffi c accident identifi cation technology,so as to confi rm the responsibilities of all parties.This article analyzes and summarizes the content of the current road traffi c accident identifi cation technology,and briefl y analyzes the problems in the current accident identifi cation.
