摘要
以2-溴吡啶或3-溴吡啶为原料,运用格氏试剂交换法制备2-吡啶格氏试剂和3-吡啶格氏试剂,与DMF反应制备2-吡啶甲醛和3-吡啶甲醛。对格氏试剂的浓度、反应温度等反应条件进行优化,探究了2,5-二溴吡啶反应的选择性,反应得到不同吡啶甲醛产率为68%~76%。
2-Pyridine grignard reagent and 2-pyridine grignard reagent were prepared by grignard reagent exchange method with 2-bromopyridine or 3-bromopyridine as raw materials. Then the grignard reagents were reacted with DMF to generate corresponding 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde and 3-pyridinecarboxaldehyde. The process parameters were optimized in detail, including the concentration of grignard reagent and reaction temperature. The selectivity of 2,5-dibromopyridine was studied. The total yield was 68%~76%.
