干燥过程对催化剂物化性质的影响

摘要 通过考察催化剂物料温度和料层厚度对催化剂强度的影响,有目的的调节工业转炉烟道阀门开度和进料量控制转炉内的蒸汽分压和物料干燥速度,确定了相互匹配的工艺条件:转炉烟道阀门开度调整40%、进料量调整5.6 t/d。在此工艺条件下,催化剂内应力相对较小,催化剂长度分布(3~8mm)占比较高,且满足指标要求。同时,有利于提高催化剂产品收率,减低催化剂能耗。 The influence of catalyst material temperature and material layer thickness on catalyst strength was investigated, and the steam partial pressure and material drying rate in the converter were controlled by the valve opening degree and feeding rate of the industrial converter. The matching process conditions were determined as follows: the valve opening degree 40% and the feeding rate 5.6 t/d. In this process, the internal stress of catalyst is relatively small, the catalyst length distribution(3~8 mm) is relatively high. At the same time, it can increase the yield of catalyst and reduce the energy consumption of catalyst.
