综合分析了国际碳市场的建设经验,并结合我国碳市场建设的发展路径,分析研判我国碳市场建设存在的问题,以此为基础提出石油石化行业的发展建议,为石油石化行业纳入全国统一碳市场做好准备,推动石油石化行业绿色低碳转型。

The construction experience of the international carbon market was comprehensively analyzed, and combined with the development path of China’s carbon market construction,the existing problems in the construction of China’s carbon market were analyzed and judged. On this basis, the development suggestions of petroleum and petrochemical industry were put forward. Moreover, petroleum and petrochemical industry can get well prepare for the integration into the national carbon market. As a result, green and low carbon transformation of petroleum and petrochemical industry can be promoted.
