摘要
我国炼厂碳四资源丰富,随着天然气产业的发展和MTBE禁用政策的实施,碳四资源即将面临过剩风险,寻求其他利用途径成为企业关注热点。本文分析了碳四烃的组成,认为碳四资源中含量较高的异丁烯、丁烯-1是未来利用重点。简要介绍了异丁烯、丁烯-1工业应用及市场情况,认为将碳四资源通过异丁烯叠合、MTBE裂解、丁烯-1利用、催化裂解等手段向下游高附加值延伸是未来的利用方向。碳四的合理利用不仅可为市场提供所需的化学品,还有利于企业经济效益的提升。
With the development of natural gas industry and the implementation of MTBE ban policy, the C4 resources in refineries in China are facing the risk of surplus. In this paper, the composition of C4 hydrocarbons was analyzed, and it was considered that the high content of isobutene and butene-1 in C4 resources would be the emphasis of future utilization. The industrial application and market situation of isobutene and butene-1 were briefly introduced;it was pointed out that the future utilization direction should be to produce high added value products from C4 resources by means of isobutene superimposition, MTBE cracking, polybutene-1 use and catalytic cracking. The rational use of C4 resources can not only provide the chemicals needed for the market, but also promote the economic efficiency of enterprises.
