摘要 针对陕西延长石油(集团)榆林炼油厂20万t/aDCC裂解石脑油加氢装置第一反应器床层压降上涨趋势快、装置运行周期短的生产瓶颈问题,榆炼在2019年8月份大修期间对装置进行了优化改造,即采用FRIPP提供的积垢盘专利技术,利用反应器封头闲置的空间,采用悬挂式结构设置积垢盘,实现更大空间的垢物拦截与存储,提高反应器空间利用率,延长装置运行周期。 In view of the production bottleneck of 200 kt/a DCC cracking naphtha hydrogenation unit in Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Yulin Refinery, including fast rising trend of bed pressure drop in the first reactor and short operation cycle, during the overhaul of the plant in August 2019, the plant was optimized by adopting the patented fouling pan technology provided by FRIPP, utilizing the idle space of the reactor head and adopting the suspended structure to set up the fouling pan, the utility model can intercept and store the scale in a larger space, improve the utilization ratio of the reactor space, and prolong the operation period of the device.
