摘要 开窗是径向井施工中的一个关键环节,现场施工过程中,由于油管和油套环空静液柱压差的存在,使得复位弹簧难以正常复位,钻头一直处于伸出状态,在换向时钻头易受损,从而必须起出工具更换钻头。该方法从工艺上改进,实现了对钻头的保护,极大提高了施工效率,降低了作业成本,在径向井施工方面,具有很大的应用价值和推广前景。 Casing sidetracking is the key step in radial well construction. In the field construction process, due to the existence of the differential pressure between the static liquid column in the oil pipe and the oil jacket annulus, it is difficult for the return spring to return normally, and the drill bit is always in the extended state, so during reversing, the drill bit is easy to be damaged, so it is necessary to take out tools to replace the drill bit. The casing Sidetracking Bit Reset Protection Technology improves the process, realizes the bit protection, greatly improves the construction efficiency, reduces the operation cost, and has great application value and promotion prospect in radial well construction.
