摘要
水中溴氰菊酯液相色谱检测对《生活饮用水标准检验方法》中流动相和萃取溶剂(环己烷和乙醚)进行改进,并优化了色谱条件,采用甲醇和水为流动相,环己烷为萃取试剂。结果显示:加标回收率为95%~105%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~2.5%,线性r为0.999 7,检出限为0.002 mg/L。该方法安全、无污染、经济、方便,且具有较高的回收率,检出限符合生活饮用水标准。
The mobile phase, extracting solvent(cyclohexane and ether) and chromatographic condition of liquid chromatography were improved for the detection of deltamethrin based on Standard Test Method for Drinking Water. Methanol and H2 O were selected as mobile phase, and the extracting solvent was cyclohexane. The results showed that spike recovery was 95%~105%,and relative standard deviation was 1.6%~2.5%, the detection limit was 0.002 mg/L,the linear correlation was 0.999 7. The method is safe, non-polluting, economical, convenient, and has higher recovery rate, its detection limit can meet the standard of drinking water.
