ICP-OES法测定不同地区天麻中8种无机元素

Determination of Eight Inorganic Elements in Gastrodia Elata From Different Regions by ICP-OES

采用HNO3消解体系,样品经微波消解仪消解后,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定不同地区天麻中Na,K,Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Cu和Mn含量。结果表明不同地区天麻中8种元素含量存在一定差异,其中,Zn含量差异最大,Na含量次之,而K和Cu含量趋于一致。该方法简便、快速、准确。

HNO3 digestion system was adopted, after the sample was digested by microwave digestion instrument, the contents of Na, K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu and Mn in gastrodia elata from different regions were determined by ICP-OES. The results showed that the contents of 8 elements in gastrodia elata from different regions had some differences, among which the content of Zn was the largest, the content of Na was the second, and the content of K and Cu tended to be the same. The method is simple, fast and accurate.
