肠道菌群参与癌症的治疗 被引量:5

摘要 在正常的肠道内寄居着很多的细菌,这些肠道细菌不仅参与保护宿主的作用,也参与多种疾病的发生。近几年肠道菌群与恶性肿瘤的关系得到了越来越多的关注,肠道菌群参与恶性肿瘤发展的同时,也参与抗肿瘤治疗。肠道细菌通过参与肿瘤微环境的调节,增加化疗和免疫检索点抑制剂的疗效,同时减低治疗引起的黏膜炎症反应。我们总结了肠道菌群参与癌症化疗和免疫检索点抑制剂的进展,当然我们更加关注免疫检索点抑制剂治疗中的作用,以期为寻找更加优化的治疗,提供临床依据。 There are thousands of bacteria living in gastrointestinal tract,which is not only involved in the protection of the host,but also in the occurrence of many diseases.In recent years,more and more attentions have been paid to the relationship between intestinal microflora and malignant tumors.Intestinal flora is not only associated with the development of malignant tumors,but also involved in anti-cancer treatment.Intestinal bacteria improve the efficacy of chemotherapy,immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy by regulating the microenvironment of tumors,and at the same time reduce the mucosal inflammation caused by anticancer treatment.We summarized the progress of gut microbiome chemotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy at present,expecting to improve clinical efficacy and explore new therapeutic strategies.
