现代化"中国方案"是指中国在社会主义制度条件下,以实现现代化和民族复兴为目标,在应对现代化过程中人类共有问题时所形成的一整套战略、策略和方式、方法的总和。它是在中国近代以来的先辈们前赴后继地一次又一次的试错实践中逐步摸索出来的,这个过程先后经历了从中国现代化的"西式方案"到中国现代化的"俄式方案"再到中国现代化的"中国方案"的历史演进。它是在成功解决科学社会主义的一般原理与中国社会主义的特殊规律、科学社会主义理想目标与中国经济文化比较落后的现实国情、直接过渡与迂回过渡三对矛盾的实践过程中得以生成的。

The"China’s plan"refers to a set of strategies,ways and methods formed when China is facing the common problems of mankind in the process of modernization under the conditions of the socialist system,and with modernization and national rejuvenation as the goal.It is gradually found out by Chinese ancestors in trial and error practice since modern times.This process has experienced the historical evolution from the"western plan"of China’s modernization to the"Russian plan"of China’s modernization to the"China’s plan"of China’s modernization.It is generated in the practice process of successfully solving the contradictions between the general principles of scientific socialism and the special laws of China’s socialism,the ideal objectives of scientific socialism and the backward reality of China’s economy and culture,and the direct transition and circuitous transition.
