摘要
通过对热带雨林气候特点研究和分析,应用ANSYSfluent软件对三层IGP侧窗玻璃温度场进行分析,结合中空玻璃结雾原理进行研究,判断三层IGP侧窗玻璃能否适应热带雨林气候的应用环境。再通过制作试验样件进行实验室测试,制作实物样件进行装车验证,对该侧窗玻璃能否适用于雨林气候做了进一步的确认。
Based on the research and analysis of the climate characteristics of the tropical rainforest,the temperature field of the three-layer IGP side window glass is analyzed by using the software ANSYS fluent,and the research is carried out in combination with the fogging principle of the hollow glass to determine whether the three-layer IGP side window glass can adapt to the application environment of the tropical rainforest climate.Then through making test samples for laboratory test,making physical samples for vehicle loading verification,whether the side window glass can be applied to the rainforest climate has been further confirmed.
