独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将2017年2月—2019年2月期间收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例按就诊先后随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。2组患者均采用基础治疗:洛索洛芬钠片60 mg,日2次餐后口服。甲钴胺片0.5 mg,日3次口服。对照组患者给予康复训练:直腿抬高训练、飞燕训练每天3次,每次100个。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服中药汤剂独活寄生汤,每日1剂,早晚饭后温服。2组治疗时间均为4周。比较2组JOA评分、VAS疼痛评分、治疗后疗效的改善情况。结果本研究疗程结束后,治疗组患者的JOA、VAS、临床疗效改善水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者,可以起到疏通全身气血、缓解疼痛、恢复肢体功能等功效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our outpatient department or inpatient department during the period of from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the order of their initial visits,with 50 cases in each group.Basic treatment was used in both groups:loxoprofen sodium tablets 60 mg twice daily after meals.Mecobalamin tablets were orally administered 0.5 mg three times a day.The control group received rehabilitation training:straight leg raising training,flying swallow training 3 times a day,100 each time.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given a Chinese herbal decoction,Duhuo Jisheng decoction,one dose a day,and warmed up after dinner.The treatment time was 4 weeks in both groups.The improvement of JOA score,VAS pain score and post-treatment efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After the end of the study,the improvement of JOA,VAS and clinical efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction can treat patients with lumbar disc herniation,which can relieve the body’s qi and blood,relieve pain and restore limb function.
